It is the obligation of the Board of Directors to ensure that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements (CRE’s) set forth in our Documents. We have been working with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to record violations within the Community and send notices to those in violation. We have seen many improvements, and will continue to take whatever action is necessary to be sure that violations are corrected. A full copy of the Documents is availabule under the Forms/Docs tab.
In talking with our neighbors, we find some confusion or questions on restrictions in the Documents, so we have answered some of the more frequently asked questions in the following Q&A format.

Submit a completed ARC Change Request form and allow ample time for the board to meet and vote on the request. Can I widen my driveway? They may be kept completely inside the attached garage and the garage door must remain closed except for entry and exit. Are pets allowed? No animals other than 2 dogs weighing a total of no more than 90 pounds or two cats or 4 birds may be kept at any residence. I have a small repair business that I run out of my home. Is this OK? Businesses or commercial uses are specifically prohibited in Caloosa Trace. |
